Coming out can be equal parts scary and liberating. Most importantly it needs to be on your terms.

Coming out isn't one and done. It's a process, it's vulnerable, not every conversation will go the way you hoped, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed and alone. My peer support is an individual (not group) "name your price" service. We can make a custom coming out checklist and a transition roadmap, talk about boundaries and communication, compose a coming out email to your co-workers, or you can just process and vent and ask questions.
